Water Supply: I found, based on the distance from the water source and pipes, that the expected water pressure in the house will be 44.51 psi. This is within the residential limits, so no pump or valve is needed.

Site plan- Good use of trees to block 10th street. 5/5
Renderings- Nice. I wish you would have rendered the back yard, it looks interesting! 5/5
Dimensioned Floor Plan- Very simple and effective use of space. The furniture you chose is too cumbersome for the space, but the house itself is good. The only thing that might be a problem is having the only bath within the master bedroom. Everyone will have to go through the parents room to take a shower. That might pose some privacy issues. 4.5/5
Elevations- The foundation is too low below the frost line. This is not terrible, but it is wasteful and expensive. 4.5/5
Wall Section with labels- The wall should not go through the roof. 4.5/5
Window and Door Schedule- 5/5
Room Schedule with total square footage- You managed to stay below the area limit while keeping an open feel. 5/5
Electrical Plan- 5/5
Plumbing Plan with key- Because many of the water fixtures are against an exterior wall, there might be efficiency issues with having to heat water across a cold wall. Be careful of this. 4.5/5

Wastewater Calculations- Crop this! 4.5/5
Nicely done. Your simple design worked for you. This tiny space does not seem that small because of the open feel you gave it. 73/75
